   Had the pleasure of attending the Wigan Kwik-Fit yesterday, had the car booked in for a tyre check pre service. The team were very lasant and advised it wouldn’t take too long even though you could see they were really busy. There was a younger member of the team (Jayden) who looked after me, he was again really pleasant and kept me informed of progress during the inspection. He pointed out that there was an issue with the front off side tyre and said it needed replacing. I asked if it could be sorted on the day and he replied, yes sure we can sort that, leave it with us. I then pointed out it was a company car and would need to go through the lease company. Again, he replied no problem we can sort all that too, just take a seat. The job was soon done and he handed me back the keys and said have a good day and thanks for coming to Kwik-Fit. Very nice to see someone with a good attitude, pleasant and accommodating, we need more people like Jayden, well done mate and thank you. R Mal M

   Kwik Fit were the only place that had my tyres in stock and could fit the same day. You were also very competitive. Over £100 less expensive than Mercedes. Other places may have been £10 or £15 less expensive per tyre, but overall taking valves, fitting & balancing into account overall your price was around £25 more than I could have got them for if I waited another day. Doing the tracking as well was a big deal to me. Altogether I received a professional & courteous service.

   Booked in for a tyre check late last night as I had a puncture. Took it in at 8:30 this morning and they did the repair straight away. Process explained well too. Very efficient and great service. I will 100% come back for any future work.

   Was not local at the time, phoned at 1pm they where able to offer me a 4pm slot. I anticipated a wheel balance and steering wheel vibrating heavily. On review it was two new front tyres. Tom took care of this for me , had the tyres required in stock as leasing company like specific brands. Fitted and balance left at 4.30pm. Great service by Tom who handled everything. Only thing missing was a brew as no facilities in waiting room. Cheers

   I had called round a few places who weren't able to fit me in for days. I called Wigan Kwik Fit and was able to book for the next day. They sorted out my tyre, no fuss, no huge queue. Left my car clean too. Just what you want.
