Shame I'd had a large lunch as I was unable to finish my Lamb Stew. However, the serving being very generous, the amount I did eat was well worth the price. I'll definitely be back if I'm in the area again
I've had really good fish, chips and a generous side salad here twice now. Lots of other sensibly priced options too! Recommended.
This was my second visit here, the first time it was more successful. Last Sunday evening I was craving Sarmale, and it's a time consuming dish to make, so I decided to come here to have some. The place is clean, the service is friendly, but the food was really bad. Very bland, it tasted like there was zero seasoning added, the filling (meat and rice) was very dry, I suspect they used beef instead of pork. In spite of my desperate efforts to give it some flavour by adding vinegar, salt, pepper, sour cream, it was very bland and tasteless. On my first time I had a mixed grill plate, which was decent and very reasonable priced, therefore I'll score it a 3 stars, which is a fair score between the two experiences. Hopefully my next visit will elevate the rating.
A comfortable cafe with a warm host Bob and a welcoming team. We just dropped by at the Hardwork Cafe for morning breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed what we were served.

A very cheerful and cozy place. Stepped in for a quick bite with my 6 year old. Very welcoming and pleasant staff. Had an amazing omelette and coffee. My kid enjoyed the chip. With their back to back Christmas-y songs I hope to return a few more times this year. Will be returning soon ...
