   Could do with a refresh, especially furniture looking quite dingy. I would expect the Starbucks Corporation to take better care of their franchises.

   I had a really disappointing experience at this Starbucks today. I ordered my coffee with two friends, and it took around 15–20 minutes to be served. We were sitting right at the front table near the bar, but no one called our names loud enough for us to hear. The staff even looked at us and still placed our coffees aside without informing us. When we finally went to ask about our order, the coffee was lukewarm and tasted really bad — definitely not what we ordered. The staff member, whose name was Avia, said she had called our names 10 times, but that’s impossible since all three of us were right there and didn’t hear anything. We also ended up getting the wrong coffee. Overall, it was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

   This is a large Starbucks with loads of seating but tends to be quiet. I got the vegan chocolate and caramel muffin which was quite good. It was soft and I did not really taste the caramel but it does the job. Staff are attentive and friendly. The whole shop is super clean. There are accessible toilets at the back..

   Coffees and other drinks, like in every Starbucks, service, well... two girls standing behind the counter and talking. It took them 5 minutes to approach my daughter and take her order. The place was extremely dirty; I've never seen a Starbucks that dirty. Instead of talking, they should have been cleaning the tables and serving customers. I hope this was just a one-off situation and that it was busy just before we got there. I visited this place for the first time, so I can't comment further, but the pictures say it all.

   Although this is my local Starbucks, it is the worst Starbucks I've ever come across. It's always really slow and it seems that so many of the staff are incompetent. Today (Friday 10th Mar) I waited 30 minutes for 2 coffees. Complete disaster.

   i was there on wednesday, i ordered a coffee and i wanted to sweeten it and there was no sugar. i asked the service for sugar and i was told there is no sugar because it is over. my girlfriend asked if they should inform me before selling coffee that there is no sugar. no response from their side.JOKE !!! second thing, the place is very dirty. the table was sticky and the seats were stained.

   Two boys by the name of Mohammed were excellent and efficient with their work , surprising as they told me they are new but I had previously thought they were experienced. 10/10 for the both of them very impressed. Will be coming back soon for sure

   Place could be cleaner, but it is very busy and always seems understaffed in late afternoons. Special shout out for Ema who gets my coffee right every time, delicious and hot!
