Our waiter Sailaxmi was polite, attentive, and had a warm smile throughout. She made sure everything arrived on time and checked in just the right amount to make sure we were happy. “The best calzone I’ve had in the U.K. The food is made very well and served with the best of care. Fabio is brilliant. Fabio greeted me with warmth and Italian affection. Shook my hand and kindly showed me to my table. He offered me a drink of my choice and gave me the depth and breath to choose my meal. Diona has a wonderful warm welcome with a sensational smile. A service that can warm any heart. Diona took very good care of us and made every effort to make us feel comfortable. Topped us up with refreshments and gave us condiments without asking. That’s superb care. Had the best calzone! Loved it. The staff here are kind and everyone is friendly and offers a warm smile to you.”

“Very relaxed cafe, visit here once in a while when I go for a walk through the park. Sometimes visit with my friend who uses a device to speak and the staff are always so patient and helpful when we are there! Decent coffee and food too.”

“I popped into The George in Harrow recently and was really impressed with how much it’s changed since the new owner took over. The vibe is genuinely friendly — staff were chatty and welcoming, and it had that easy, relaxed atmosphere that makes you want to linger. Watched the football there, and I loved that you could see the screens clearly no matter where you sat, which was perfect. Drinks were decently priced too, so it didn’t feel like you were getting stung just to enjoy a pint. And it’s spotless. Like, noticeably clean. I’ll definitely be heading back!”

“You always get a very warm welcome at this restaurant. I have been on several occasions with an Indian friend who recommends the lovely vegetarian food. This time I took her advice and had the Thali, it was generous, freshly cooked and very tasty with a lovely selection of items. We had faluda mango too, which was a real treat and very nicely presented. Friendly, efficient and caring service from Sabna made for a relaxed and delicious lunch. The murals are great fun! I should love to return soon but I live quite a long way away.”

“A really nice, local family run restaurant. The Sunday roast is great! They even catered for me being a vegetarian, by giving me some Quorn Sausages with all the roast veg and gravy. My wife and Nan had the roast beef, which I as really tender and well cooked. Our Son had a tower chicken burger, so we were all looked after and catered for. They seem to have a great breakfast and lunch menu, with teas and coffees also available. We look forward to going back. Thanks.”

“Fresh fish cooked to order and very generous portions. Extremely attentive staff if you have food allergies or on special diet. Fish was grilled because of gluten intolerance but was informed by manager they have gluten free batter which is fab, so next time I'll order that. Highly recommend.”
