We use Cafe Nero to meet and discuss projects for our web design company Indigo Marmoset. Always found it pretty good, usually quiet during the day making it ideal if you need to meet to talk business. They do a good cuppa aswell, and their chocolate brownies are awesome. Would recommend :)

Bit slow, but all Caffe Neros are the same so the staff work hard but perhaps they aren't allowed to hire enough. I always feel calm and nice coming into a Nero though and this was a good cafe.

I visited today 14 th August. There were 3 kind friendly and respectful staff. Quick service and always friendly atmosphere. Prefer Nero Epsom to any other branch due to the excellent work of the staff.

Humans are okay. Caffè Nero humans=fantastic. Elisha=Absolutely scrumdiddlyumptious. I feel like I’ve entered a whole new world like Ariel once said. They made me feel like a mermaid who lives under the sea. Down where it’s wetter, down where it’s better, take it from me. If you want to feel like a Disney princess and relive your childhood dreams, come to Caffè Nero in Epsom❤️

I recently visited Café Nero with a colleague and was pleasantly surprised from the moment we arrived. A friendly young lady welcomed us by opening the door, although I regret not asking her name. Another cheerful team member, Elisha, prepared our coffees and introduced me to a new Colombian coffee bean, explaining its unique qualities in detail. Her enthusiasm and knowledge certainly enhanced the experience, and the Americano she crafted was outstanding. The entire café was clean and inviting, and the staff were both professional and warm. Overall, it was a delightful visit, and I highly recommend this branch of Café Nero.

Shamed, Caffe Nero was my best coffee shop but it looks like I have to move on. Coffee is horrible, hygiene is none at all in the latest time I were using paper cups to feel comfortable to drink the coffee. Yesterday I asked biscuit latte with vegan creame topping NO vegan topping!! Why is then on the offer!! No plastic or wooden forks or either tissues!!! Staff young girl whose name wasn't visible (long brown hair girl) were quiet ignorant and with who cares attitude. My main concern is the hygiene and the lack of quality. Susana

Fast and friendly service , delicious cake and coffee. The lovely server even made my daughter hot chocolate the perfect temperature for her which was fantastic! Massive downside was the portion size vs the cost. Cheesecake and lemon drizzle was in the window at a fairly decent portion size and then was cut in half to serve. Gives you un unrealistic idea of what you’re going to receive when the price is written next to the slice of cake! Borderline false advertising. But very tasty!

Came here this morning around 8am about 5 people in the whole place. Wanted a cofee but after waiting for over 10 mins to be served I decided to ditch that idea and decided on a bottle of water instead. The rude lady behind the counter thought it was more important to chat to another customer who had already paid instead of serving the other customers promptly. she decided to continue to chat and not notice anyone else. After another few mins of me just standing there still with a bottle of water in my hand i did ask politely if anyone behind the counter could quickly just put the bottle of water through for me as I was in a hurry. Wish I hadn't asked now. I was met with a rude awkward member of staff who basically thought it was more important to chat then actually do the job she is meant to be doing. By this time I've had enough and left without either the cofee I originally went in for or the water. So Took my business elsewhere.......to Star Bucks down the road which was a lot more busy then Nero and I got served within 2 mins. Won't be going back to Nero ever again have been put off by this rude member of staff . With at least 4 other coffee shops all within 2 mins of walking distance in the town you would think NERO would be trying to keep customers not push then away...! Will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Would much rather get cofee from a clean place anyway. Have noticed recently that the tables in the Epsom Nero are alway dirty, uncleaned and disgusting so probably did me a massive favour not wanting my business anyway. I would name this member of staff but they didn't seem to have a name badge. It wasn't the trainee on shift who was rude it was the girl training her which makes it even worse EPSOM NERO YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING!!

Caffè Nero is 5 minutes away from the station, located at the Town Centre, it's a spacious cafe. They have less options for vegan food. The staff was limited and they serve good coffee here.
