   Visited at 7pm on a Monday. Service was good. No queue. However left disappointed as they did not accept rewards drinks at this branch because it was owned by odeon. Only found out after ordering.

   Great location to grab your favourite costa coffee and nibbles on the way to see a good film. Too bad they close so early! Tuesday evening and already closed before 5pm. They really are missing a beat with the amount of customers they're loosing out on. Also, because it's open planned, don't expect to sit and have a chat with friends; I could barely hear myself think due to the volume of music being played in the Odeon lobby. Such a shame that on more than one occasion now I've been disappointed to arrive earlier than my film, only to have to wait without a coffee. Please extend your opening hours COSTA!

   Never make any comments or complaints, but this one really annoyed me. Few days ago got there small “caramel latte”. After first sip realised there’s no caramel at all and in general taste was horrible. Immediately got rid of it. Probably worst coffee I ever had. Love Costa, but honestly avoid one in odeon. Just few minutes down the road there’s costa by the train station. You always will get what you ordered and it will be worth every penny.

   I would like to commend the staff who worked on 22/11/19, the opening day of frozen. I visited for the 7:20 showing and was impressed by their friendliness and very quick service especially after what I assume was a busy and long day. Highly recommended.

   We popped in just before movie, it was extremely busy but didint take to long to get my lovely coffe. The guy with two stud earrings, i guessed manager, he made best coffe I have ever had for really long time. Friendly and attentive staff. Defenetly return back

   We ordered a large cappuccino and a medium black forest hot chocolate. The poor girl that made the drinks was struggling and asked help twice from the guy behind the till. With no help, she made the cappuccino and left it standing on the work station and then proceeded to attempt making the Christmas novelty drink. She then asked again for help as she clearly didn't know how to make it. No one seemed to be interested helping her. After about 5min, another lady came in from the back and started assisting the girl with the hot chocolate. By the time our drinks were placed on a tray, they were cold. The size of the drinks was wrong and to make it worse, it was not even busy. There was only one other customer at the counter, trying to change her drink because they didn't give her what she ordered. With that said, I will not set foot in that Costa again.
