   Nice and friendly staffs, and they were cleaning up for the next day as it was nearly closing time . I ordered a pistachio velvet latte but tasted more like cappuccino than what I ordered.. the best pistachio velvet latte I’ve ordered was from Starbucks in the Kingston (The Bentall). I would suggest the staffs of Starbucks please as friendly as you are please make the hot drink as they are supposed to be made. Thanks

   The young lady who was behind the till today afternoon made my son's day with a lovely message on his drink! That is what I call excellent customer service! She wrote “Well done for finishing school :)” after a short conversation while we were ordering. Made a huge smile on my son’s face and melt my heart immediately! Just wanted to say thank you to her! The shop is really lucky to have her on board!

   Worse Starbucks I've been to and I've been to many. People uninterested, chatting between each other. Had to repeat the order twice. Cappuccino was cold, asked for it to be made again and my panini was dry and crusty.

   Disappointed as it took a number of attempts for our server to get the order right (she was learning how to use the till??). However, when we got them, the coffees and pastries were to the usual high standard. Plenty of seating available and we didn't feel pushed to leave even though they did try to clear the table before one of us had finished.
