   Sharing this review in hopes the Costa woman with a horrible attitude sees this. I’m visiting the uk for the first time in 3 years since moving to America, so I completely forgot stores here close early. The door to this Costa is a touch free so we assumed the touch wasn’t working so we waved at an employee not realising they were closed as they were stood near the entrance door. An employee woman with brown hair and glasses with a nasty chip on her shoulder walks angrily to the front door and angrily pointing to the sign of the opening hours then storms back off. No need for such nasty attitude, it left me in shock. A simple ‘sorry we’re closed’ instead of that type of attitude for a genuine mistake would suffice

   Absolutely appalling staff. Shouted at my 7 year old for wanting to use the toilet. Hes autistic and didnt understand why. It was bizzare for them to be so rude. Never again.

   Wonderful coffee and amazing staff. The gent who made my latte was so good with my little girl and made us feel so welcome. He is a credit to Costa I wish I got his name he was working 25/09 at 14:00 thank you. Amazing customer service and experience hope you are well looked after by Costa. The lady that took my money was helpful and kind too. Thank you both!

   Costa is always Costa: Awesome! The ambient environment within the cafe makes their cuppas even more sensual to the senses. Can we ever going to have enough of Costa: difficult!! I can't! I will keep coming back for more, especially whenever I need that strong aromatic aroma of those Costa arabicas!!
