   I’ve been enjoying the warmth of Parsnips Cafe in Teddington most week day mornings for about a year now. Such a lovely, relaxed way to decompress before heading into work - having got my kids to school! All the staff are always very welcoming and friendly. The manager, Madi, is such an asset and adds a special sparkle to the place! The food is delicious and I love the music in there! A great way to start the day. Thank you.

   I had a bad experience here and unfortunately will never return and tell all my friends to not go either. I can’t believe how rude the staff are here, I have never felt so uncomfortable or unwelcome in my life. I ordered an iced coffee with oat milk and caramel syrup (I feel this is a relatively normal order nowadays?). After ordering this I was made fun of and laughed at… apparently I didn't order a “real coffee”. Seeing as it was busy, I was totally embarrassed and wanted to just leave. When I was given my coffee after waiting a while I was made fun of again with the woman attempting to say the name of my coffee and purposely messing it up to emphasise that she thought it was silly. You should not judge your customers for their orders! I love living in this area however there are some really rude pretentious people here and it’s a shame that Parsnips is full of them. After reading the other reviews on here too about rudeness and racism it is clear that I was not the only one experiencing this! Especially as a mixed race woman. What a shame.

   Parsnips Café is such a lovely spot in Teddington! The service is always friendly and welcoming, the coffee is smooth and rich, and the cinnamon bun is honestly the best I’ve had, soft, perfectly spiced, and freshly baked. Definitely a place that makes you want to come back.

   Delicious Martinis Magic Mushrooms Pancake and a flat white which was delicious. Looking forward to when they open the Deli/Cafe properly. Took a couple of slices of Banana Bread home for my wife and myself,which was good. I’m not keen on the paper cups and plates etc,but the quality more than makes up for it.

   We ordered two coffees, one cappuccino with extra shot, so 3 shots in total and a Latte for the wife! Both were indistinguishable from the other and lacked any coffee IMO let alone 3 shots. If this is what British coffee has fallen too, than no wonder the UK gets such a bad rep for coffee! The cakes and pastries all looked amazing through.

   Lovely idea, and so well designed - it looks beautiful on the high street. My friends and I had crepes, which were all delicious and very filling. There was a lot of choices, including savory crepes and other delicious treats. Additionally, the staff were super friendly and smiley.

   We loved Parsnips - smiley service and great coffee. The crepe menu has something for everyone - we went for a sweet and a savoury option, both were delicious and very generous in size. We'll definitely be back as the cakes and bread looked excellent too (in fact, we also bought a couple of the olive breadsticks - highly recommend).
