   Definitely the best Barista I've bought coffee from. Very friendly person too. I've been to other puccino's and coffee shops like Costa but these coffees are always made well. Stands out to me compared to other places because it's not excessively foamy which means it's equally liquid too making for the perfect taste. There is care taken to make these coffees. I've been coming here for years and will keep coming back when I'm in the area, 5 stars for me.

   I cannot praise enough how welcoming and friendly the man who served me was. Yesterday morning at 06:30, after a long journey it meant a lot to me to be greeted with such warmth and kindness. The hot drink and pastry were delicious and perfect and the place was very clean and pleasant. Thank you for making this place so special!

   I can honestly say the young man that serves me every morning is the best barista I have met across many cafes in many countries. He is fast, he is kind, polite and honest. First time I came he wouldn’t have had time to make my coffee and told me in advance so I wouldn’t miss my train. I really appreciated and it made me come back every day since. I’ve worked in hospitality and it’s so rare to find genuine kindness to customers. This man needs a raise! He would be a great customer service manager that should train all new starters! Cannot praise him enough!

   When human interaction makes a difference! Both the baristas are always welcoming you with a big smile on their faces that makes you feel valued and welcomed I have been coming to this coffee shop regularly, sometimes I don’t even want a coffee but I just go towards someone that is genuinely interested in how you feel. Never missed a train even if I have been queuing. Thanks for contributing in a great start of the day guys!

   Great service, friendly staff with smile on their faces, talk to you without slowing down service, you leave with a smile on your face and you never miss your train waiting for coffee. I am not a regular commuter anymore but they have been good for as long as I can remember so it was time to leave them a review. Other places could learn customer service from here. Well done.

   I don't do reviews but today I had an amazing experience in Epsom Puccino's. The blonde lady that served me was very friendly and she made me the best mocha I have ever tasted in my life. Not only did it taste good, it looked good too because she made a cute art on it that brightened up my day. Sometimes small stuff like art on your coffee can brighten up someone's day. Keep up the amazing customer service guys, your really do know how to satisfy your customers. I will definitely recommend Epsom Puccino's to all my friends and colleagues.
