   Unreliable and unprofessional. Asked for fanbelt to be replaced asap, was told it could be done the next day send reg for quote. Sent messages via whats app and messaging, no reply to either. Waste of time would not recommend.

   Power steering belt replacement. The mechanic made time to call round and look at my car and discuss the job with me the day before the scheduled repair because I was going into hospital. He explained the repair to me and then sent me details about what he had done. Very pleased with the service. Very reasonable price. Didn't feel like I'd been ripped off. Thanks.

   I have used LNK for coming up to nearly 2 years and wouldn't bother using anybody else. Tom, Lee and Jordan have been brilliant. I have a few cars and nothing has fazed them, they have identified really obscure wiring issues as well as sorting more run of the mill problems. Obviously at times, other issues have been found that have caused problems but any extra work has been fully explained and shown to me. They have gone above and beyond on a number of occasions and kept at it until my cars have been sorted to my complete satisfaction. I have recommended them to so many other people I think I have lost count. No other company touches my cars, classic or modern, they get my business every single time.

   Charged me £220 for a starter motor, had to come back and fix it 1 week after as was clicking again, 3rd time with same clicking charged me another £80 to tell me the battery was the problem... why not check battery before fitting the new starter? AVOID! ... Further to this the guy has now responded after seeing the review and Blatantly told a lie, the battery was NOT checked prior to removing the starter or at any other time before this evening... The 3rd time the company was called out. So aswell as shoddy workmanship to add insult to injury tries to tell me he checked the battery the first visit... Total LIE as i was stood at the side of him when he began the job! so Lies and shoddy workmanship... judge for yourself
