   I ordered 2 cookies for collection from costa coffee app and when i went to collect the barista told me they didn’t have any . And I told them next time block in your system as they do in Surbiton branch and with arrogance told me we can not do that and I told him to do the refund for me and he answered back we can’t do that repeat several times. The barista wear the glasses was very rude never go back there again.

   Lovely coffee shop open late (until 7:30pm on Monday), perfect for a post-shopping cuppa. Nice and cozy, quiet on a Monday night, friendly staff. I really enjoyed my oat milk latte and the Dubai chocolate-style pistachio tiffin was delicious.

   The hygiene rating of 4 displayed in the window of this branch is not surprising. Tables not cleared, rubbish on the floor, coffee luke warm and toilet disgraceful. Surly service.

   We wanted to have some food from little market opposit costa. My 10 year old son is very scared of caching covid. My partner walked in Costa and politely asked if my son can wash his hands. To witch very rudely she replied no! He asked please to witch she said buy something and then you can use bathroom. We are Costa card holders and we are in costas every day. Never have I ever received this rude service!!!!! Oh and when we asked to speak to manager she replied I am the manager! My partner was in shock. If manager behave this way we only can wonder of your staff. Thank you

   I usually love Costa, but my experience this time wasn't great. I received dirty cutlery. The spoon came with a piece of paper stuck to it.. and the knife came with old dirt stuck to it. When I asked to get clean ones, they apologised and got me clean cutlery and blamed the dishwasher. Just thinking they should check the cutlery level of cleanliness before giving it to customers.
