Extremely disappointing! I have been a loyal customer of this Costa Coffee branch for years. The staff are always polite, hardworking, and serve great coffee. But what I witnessed today was nothing short of modern-day exploitation. There were several customers waiting in line, yet only one barista was left to handle everything on her own. This poor girl had to take orders, make and serve all the coffees, heat the sandwiches, keep the cafΓ© clean, give customers the toilet code, and prepare online orders β€” all at the same time. And despite all this, she still tried to stay patient and keep a smile on her face. Management… seriously? I am truly disappointed. If the staff ever decide to leave this workplace despite how hardworking they are, they would be completely justified. I felt it was my responsibility to speak up for this poor girl. Sometimes other staff members may be on their break, but this morning was unacceptable. And seeing customers leave or get upset with her due to long waiting times was even more unfair. I am genuinely sorry about the poor management system of this branch. Keep smiling Hanie and thank you for your hard work …

I usually get my coffee from this Costa branch in Finchley Central. For some time now, there has been an Iranian lady working here β€” if I’m not mistaken, her name is Sepideh β€” who is exceptionally polite, professional, and warm with customers. Her great customer service and friendly attitude truly make a difference and create a welcoming atmosphere. She is honestly the main reason behind my high rating for this branch, and she deserves full recognition for her hard work. Her behaviour and personality clearly show that she has strong potential for progression. I sincerely hope Costa’s management notices how valuable she is, because staff like her are exactly what make Costa such a great place.

Costa Coffee provides a welcoming atmosphere with its warm interior and friendly staff. The cozy ambiance creates a serene environment, perfect for focused work. The coffee is not only delicious but also served generously, making it an ideal spot for coffee enthusiasts. While the croissant might not match the finesse of traditional French pastries, it's worth trying. On the brighter side, the Mac and Cheese stand out with its delightful flavor, adding a savory touch to the overall culinary experience.

The worst Costa Coffee... No comments 20min to wait for strawberry frappe. Waist time ... One of the Lady she don't know even how to make normal coffee and speaking in deference lounges...

Disappointing experience - I went to this costa recently and got a decaff latte with oat milk and an egg spinach and mushroom bap. The bap was very disappointing - it had barely any filling at all, it was 99% bread! And Costa’s coffee is so watery it tastes like a cup of milk with a funny flavour, not sure if they burnt the coffee. Bluebelles down the road does proper coffee.

My coffee has a different taste at all branches, even espresso; I purchased two coffees, but both were filled with water without any taste.
