   The staff are so rude , specially the women with heavy makeup , they not trained properly at all and they don't know how to be professional, not recommended at all , I was in important zoom meeting , the women with heavy makeup came to me after 5))) minutes I set down, and stayed next to me and forced me to order coffee otherwise I need to leave

   i had a wonderful experience this morning. i entered the coffe shop and the staff greeted me with a large smile and a very pleasant goodmorning and what they can get for me. i just want to say i had a very lovely coffee, what i havnt tasted in a long time in other coffee. the interior of the coffe shop was very clean and a very lovely atmosphere all around. i really want to thank you for this amazing and loving experience.

   Stuff manager wants to argue and are very rude telling me to go somewhere else over free drinks built up on my app they don’t want to honour it , as they are franchises . The boss allows this behaviour to carry on I spend over annual £2419. For 3 years this is what I get. Already I had arguments because I asked why prices have increased. Manager and staff are not behaving in a costa environment very aggressive and always wanting to argue and management arguing back not diffusing making staff feel as they can do it too is what I Experienced today . I suggest you don’t visit here and ask questions. Or you will experience negative experience .

   Bad service. The girl European manager got no manners. And the way she talk to a certain customer special Asians are rude. Feels like she's always above to them. I was suprise that Costa a big company will hire people like that ..

   Oat milk was missing and other vegetables milk options as well, as least when I went to visit the shop Staff was great but cleaning could be MUCH more improved and the kind of people using the space could also be improved, specially if they're not costumers
