   Starbucks must be more and more desperate for staff. The staff in there are terrible. Went in there last week, approx 3pm mid week. the girl didn't want to even say hallo, didn't want to give eye contact. Couldnt be bothered to engage at all. If the owner or area director went in the undercover, she would have been spoken to. I will be seeking to speak to the area manager!

   Went to this store when I was down for business and when I went in the the 2 staff that was working didn’t know what they was doing got my drink wrong for the second time didn’t scan my app so didn’t get my perks that a was ment to get and when I said about my app the just started to moan that it’s been a long day etc I was thinking it’s only afternoon so couldn’t have been that long of a day but that’s just my opinion think the staff needs a manager in there training them on how to do the job and how to speak to customers as the attitude was terrible

   Very bad experience. they refuse to serve a customer at 6:45pm saying they have cleaned up already and that its nearly 7pm. then I came back to order a matcha latte as advertised then they said they do not have one. then I came again for a frap then said the machine has broken down. this is the worst starbucks branch I have ever been to. You need to shut down.

   My husband went inside to grab us 2 drinks and was immediately taken aback when staff was standing at the till having a chat and completely ignoring him. After a few minutes a member of staff turned around and asked him if he was alright, which then led him to finally place his order. One of the drinks was made incorrectly, where coffee was added although he had explicitly asked for no coffee. This was ignored and laughed off in between their chat later.

   This Starbucks constantly fly tips their waste on the street outside their back door, leaving it for upto a week before collection. They have told me on a number of occasions that this practice would stop but it has not. As they are as fast and loose with their waste management as they are, I can only immagine how little they care about cleanliness and proper food handling.

   Always nice to stop for a nice soya mocha and puppychino when I am out with the boys. Glad they not only let dogs in but even have a drink for them too. I love telling the staff my name is Costa when they ask. Then let them shout out Costa a few times before I get my drink from starbucks with Costa written on the cup. Childish, I know.

   This place is large with lots of space to feel like you're in a cacoon. We went early morning so it was quite tranquil as customers came and went about their morning business. The bacon bun was lovely and I had some ketchup which always in my mind enhances a bacon butty. Good branch of Starbucks.
