   Great experience here- nice staff, chai was prepared very nicely and the seating is comfortable. You can select the type of tobacco you want, which is nice- I had the Al fakher blueberry and it had a great taste, nice pull and it was smooth. Great value at only 15 pounds.

   Worst service and no flavors at all. The guy named khalid who was taking orders is too rude and doesn't even know how to speak with customers. All reviews are fake Staff and their friends keep using ladies toilet DISGUSTING

   We have been going to this place for long dor almost twice a week. They changed the shisha to some cheaper one which only lasted for 40 min. We compalined But khalid was so rude to us and didn't consider us being the regular customer. Don't recommend this place

   This is my third time coming to this lounge and the customer service from the staff was exceptional. The set up really felt traditional. The milkshakes and mint tea were amazing and the entire menu is very reasonably priced. This is the new spot for the weekly meet-ups. A huge thank you to the Staff!
