Exceptional service every time at the Wallington branch! The team is consistently friendly, attentive, and quick to serve, even during busy hours. The coffee is great, and the cosy atmosphere makes it a lovely spot to relax.
Staff were friendly despite it being relatively busy and complex drinks to make for a number of people. Coffee and tiramisu was delicious! Was very tempted by the pistachio and chocolate mousse cake...might have to get it to take away! Lovely atmosphere, on the highstreet but you don't notice it unless you want to people watch

Lovely coffee shop with great selection of coffees, sandwiches and sweet treats. Nero coffee is my favourite, but of course that is down to personal preference. There are some nice sofas for groups, as well as smaller, tall tables that work perfectly if you are just two, or on your own. Best coffee in Wallington, look no further.
I go to Caffè Nero several times per week, and this branch has really gone down hill lately. They get orders wrong all the time. Very disappointing.
Plenty of choice for good and coffees (strong dark coffee); pleasant staff; clean and tidy.
Make sure to check with their incompetent staff about your order 4x times before you collect it otherwise they would give you wrong order. They don't listen, only assume and give you incorrect item. They even give wrong order even if you show them an image of the desired item from the menu.
Always like Cafe Nero. This outlet seems well run and service was good. Hot chocolates are always better at Nero than Costa. On the food, the portions are good, again far bigger than Costa.
Staff a bit rude in taking orders. I do love hot chocolate of nero and also the juices etc. The staff needs to be a bit gentle. The place is clean
