Upon entry we were advised that there was no breakfast available which saddened me quite a bit as we had researched all the local establishments and deemed this to be the best. The lady behind the counter took some charming but after 15 mins she had agreed to cook us some breakfast baps hot coffees and generally cater for our needs. Unaware why our initial order was met with such destain our hungry bellys were eventually furnished with a hearty breakfast and it goes to show that good things come to those who wait.

Food was really tasty. Service wasn't as good. The assistant didn't understand me. I was charged more for my toasty than the price in the window advised, and unfortunately didn't realise there was a meal deal offer until I had already paid. I tried to upgrade to the meal deal offer but they wouldn't change it as I'd already paid. Not sure why I couldn't have paid the 14p difference .

"The best dirty chai! Not too sweet, not too strong!" - My Mrs Guys you really need to improve the atmosphere - the flooring, tall ceiling, big windows, perfect advert worthy prepped food behind glass counters makes it seem like a cold factory or school diner experience. Get some rugs on the floor!

Type of customer: morning coffee and dash to the station. The staff are great, very friendly, fast and always have made a delicious coffee, never burnt. I’ve yet to sit down and try food but the coffee is spot on every morning! Thanks ladies!!

Really nice new coffee shop - some lovely breakfast/lunch/snack items (had a delicious ham and cheese croissant) with great coffee. Hasn’t seemed to have much attention - go find it! In my opinion it’s better than any of the other coffee shops on the high street. Nice open space with a good amount of seating too - would be good for those working from home and wanting a break from the house. It also does very reasonably priced pizzas menu (not tried as came in for breakfast)

Lovely friendly staff, nice coffee and wide variety of food options, I enjoyed the avocado and cheese panini very much. Very clean and reasonably priced. I am a regular customer and love your coffee shop but please put a baby changing table in the toilet, and a couple of high chairs. I am sure this will attract many more customers. Thank you.

New coffee shop in New Malden opened without big fanfare. They even do pizzas but haven’t tried it yet. Coffee so far so good and nice selection of cakes and sandwiches/ baguettes. I do hope they will extend their opening times (at the moment is only Monday to Friday from 8am-3pm) I think I haven’t seen any menu and prices but I guess they will add them soon. Wish you guys good luck in your venture!
