   Coffee is different each time. Inexperienced staff some of who don’t know what they are doing.asked for a small latte and received and was charged for a medium one, it tasted more like milk and had to throw away

   I came into costa in wallington and the service was the worst I’ve ever had. We were made to sit on a dirty table with cutlery on the table. They weren’t even busy but did t bother to clear the table. I was not even offered to have the food warm I had to ask. Im disgusted with the service

   If there was a 0 i would’ve happily give it. I came today (Saturday) at 07:56 and the blonde girl (Alexandra) very rudely told me that they open at 8, I said oh okay I will wait, and she asked me to go and wait outside in the cold until they open. She could have asked me to take a seat and wait those remaining 4 minutes inside instead. I don’t ever leave such a review but it’s almost 8am there is no need to “ruin” somebody’s day for just a seat.Pretty sure I’m not coming back.

   I visited on 9 August 2025 at 10.45 Clearly I was a hindrance to the female staff member behind the counter, doing her utmost to ignore me. She clearly assumed I SHOULD WAIT for HER to finish her task of filling milk jugs. Greggs is nextdoor, which is where I'll go next time

   it has a variety of drinks and very filling. In general the placr is really beautiful a nice place to sit down and relax or study in a quiet place. The service is really good and the staff members are really polite i haven't had an issue since.

   Enjoyed my coffee and sweet treats. A uniform taste across all the Costa’s that I enjoy. Service was a tad slow but it was a bit busy. Staff were attentive but came across very rude when taking to some customers. Very blunt mannerisms. Served me quickly and without any issues. Nice little cafe to have a catch up with friends and enjoy the lovely treats and coffee.

   Foreign blonde lady on the till with absolutely no regard for customer service. Sarcastic and rude to customers. I ordered toasted ham and cheese and was practically cremated Another person asked for a table to be cleaned and she ignored him as she was too busy speaking to a male colleague in another language! Was also being short with a young Asian colleague who was actually really polite! Also making a point that they close at 4.45 when on the website it states 6pm closing time. Disgusting way to behave and shall not go there again!
