   I come to the cafe all the time when at Mellows park and always buy ice cream, drinks etc. This morning 15/09/25 I've been to the park and been toilet twice in the cafe as I'm on my menstrual cycle..I didnt purchase anything from the cafe this time. The owner the older guy abruptly comes up to me and my two kids one 17 the other 2yrs old, he like 'Guys we are a small cafe, so when you use the toilet and don't buy anything' we have to pay ..I respond that 'I always come here and buy stuff but today I didnt and that I didnt know that you had to make a purchase in order to use the toilets. Even my autistic son was like mummy he was rude, totally pissed me off..I always come in and I always make a purchase this is the first time I've not made a purchase and I'm made to feel some type of way. No wonder the staff never look happy with a manager/boss who can talk to people so rudely. I wonder if a older person would of been of treated the same..probably not.. Maybe put a notice up saying toilets are for paying customers only. From now on I will just go to the park section.

   Had my daughter's 9th birthday party here recently. Staff were super helpful and friendly, Kids had the best time on the bouncy castle and in the games room and I had the most chilled birthday party! Would definitely recommend the party package, food was included and came out hot and on time. They were also very helpful with our dietary requirements

   The cafe has friendly and helpful staff, a good selection of Frozen lollies, ice cream, drinks and gelato. I did look at the food menu as I only needed drinks and lollies.

   Nice cafe, seating inside and outside, the staff are friendly. A nice selection of food, drinks and ice creams. This cafe also has and alcohol & music license. The venue is also available to hire for kids parties, in the garden area they have a party hut and a section of garden which is segregated for party games etc. the cafe is dog friendly which is a bonus.
