The food was amazing. I had the chicken shawarma with fresh chips and hummus, and it was so tasty. Everything felt healthy, fresh and full of flavour. You can really taste the authentic cuisine in every bite. The owner is one of the kindest and most welcoming people youβll meet. The staff are friendly, generous and make you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. If you havenβt been to Zakβs yet, definitely go. Great food, great people and such a good vibe. Iβll definitely be back.

This is a shame as i have walked past Zak's for many months, and i have been working in mill hill for 17 years. But today i thought i would try Zak's kebab house, first off they had a massive sign in the window and floor which said Shawarma and soft drink Β£6.50 which i thought seemed reasonable. i walked in and waited to be served, i asked for a chicken shawarma, chips (Β£3.5) and drink instead of charging me Β£10 they charged Β£11.50 and was a bit perplexed as to why they would have a massive sign which is to entice people and not honour it. A couple of minutes later the person behind the counter says it's probably for the NHS or students, if you don't know your yourself, you need someone there who does otherwise that's false advertising. Needless to say that they didn't offer me a refund nor another drink to make up the over charge, or even offer an apology. Now the food, chips as you can clearly see from the picture are refried, dry, old and not salted. The shawarma is average at best. Unfortunately i won't be coming to Zak's again, poor service and food.

We went all the family and had a great time! The food was amazing and we enjoyed the great environment! The Hummus and the falafel are fresh- they make it in house. The owner pampered us non stop! Highly recommended!

The nicest kebab restaurant ive been to! Great and welcoming atmosphere as you walk in, itβs beautifully decorated, with traditional ornate decorations, itβs very clean and the seating is cosy. The staff were very friendly and we were giving complimentary flatbread and dips. The food itself came on very pretty plates and was a good portion size was tasted delicious!

Zak is on the western side of Mill Hill Broadway near Apex Corner. A smart entrance and signage, a wheelchair accessible entrance. I couldn't see opening hours information. The cafe appears clean and tidy. Well ordered. A nice aisle and tables on the left. A counter at the end with specials menu, a kids high chair, some biscuits by the counter. The cafe has tables outside too and on a Saturday three Middle Eastern men were enjoying their conversation and drinks. The cafe sells coffee and tea and various food from porridge to salads to mezze, soup, wraps and pancakes amongst other items. The prices are visible on my photos so you can judge for yourself. The cafe has a working website which is good to see. They accept credit cards. The service is quick and polite. The atmosphere inside was a bit quiet, not many customers when I visited and no music or screens. The toilet was out of service which was disappointing. Overall a nice tidy cafe.

Zack's Moroccan Coffee Shop is a true gem. The service at Zack's is second to none. The attentive and knowledgeable staff go above and beyond to ensure your experience is nothing short of excellent. The menu at Zack's is a delightful journey through the rich and vibrant flavors of Moroccan cuisine. The array of food and snacks available is both intriguing and satisfying, with each dish crafted to tantalize the taste buds. The true star of Zack's, however, is the exquisite coffee. Expertly brewed and presented with flair. Each cup is smooth, aromatic, and bursting with complex flavors that will leave you craving more.

This restaurant looks like an communal kitchen that doubled as a bedroom at night. The owner was fun, enthusiastic and oblivious to everything. He was the waiter also and in true Moroccan style took his time to do everything. Don't arrive hungry or in a hurry and you will enjoy a long snack style pleasant meal. I was very very happy with my wrap. My companion's had soup, which was reported as tasty. My other companion was not hungry and ordered an omelette, which arrived flat as a pancake but was flavourful. We spent an enjoyable 90 minutes chatting to the owner and other diners. It was an experience

Love this place. Most delicious coffee on the Broadway and definitely the nicest place to come and sit, and enjoy a calm and beautiful space. The Moroccon mint tea and all the food is delicious. Very friendly service.

Lovely new spot in mill hill. We had the Moroccan mint tea, coffee and full breakfast. - the food is simple, but tastes good and it doesnβt leave you feeling bloated. The staff are really friendly. We will definitely come back to taste more of the menu.

As I am trying to support the local shops more this year, I visited Zakβs for a takeaway and I was impressed with their food quality. Their food is so tasty and delicious. The gentleman who served me was very nice and friendly. They have a cozy corner inside the shop that you can sit and chill out while you enjoying your food.
