Terrible costa! Went once, service is like theg don't wanna live anymore, fell unwelcome and guilty of bothering them with my coffee order. Second visit- even worse! I left without my espresso, cause staff totally ignored me! Girl at coffee machine wasn't bothered by my presents (she wasn't busy, wasn't making any coffee cause there was no people in front of me) the guy at the till was busy with something, didn't bother to ask me anything (I get that maybe he had to do something very important at that moment but he could at least say something so I know and im happy to wait. But he just gave a look and continued doing his thing, without hello or give me a moment or whatever). That branch is generally a bit dodgy, I mean feels that, smell of cigarettes everywhere (inside, outside), it's also dirty and messy everywhere. Won't be going there, probably ever, there are other costas around with nice vibe and amazing kind and welcoming staff! I'm talking costa in Sainsbury's the Hyde and costa opposite colindale tube station - incredibly nice people working in both! don't bother with this one.

Busy but dependable coffee spot. Costa Edgware Road is a reliable stop for a quick coffee, with consistent quality and friendly staff. The location is always bustling, thanks to commuters and tourists, so seating can be tight at peak times. Their flat whites and pastries are consistently good, and the team works fast to keep the line moving. A convenient place for a caffeine fix right on Edgware Road.

This is from October. Awful customer service. Especially from one of the women working there, asked for a hazlenut latte, gave me a plain one, then asked her to make a new one, she just put a bit of syrup in the one I had, I took a sip then said i cannot taste the hazelnut, and if she could make it again which takes 30 seconds. She was then very rude and raised her voice at me for no reason. Maybe she hadn’t had her breakfast as I could tell she likes food very much. Incompetent, rude and frankly a thick woman. Never going to that place again. Also the first language seems to be romanian which doesnt help when you speak english only.

Possibly the most incompetent Costa in the whole of the UK - I do not recommend. How do you forget to put ice in an iced drink? Ridiculous. Due to their outside seating it also produces a ridiculous amount of litter - Costa should be ashamed of this establishment.

Worst Costa Ever!!! I was there today around 5 o’clock I think so the barista name was Maya. I wasn’t even greeted. I ordered two late. My boyfriend’s coffee was nice but mine one was terrible without milk. I went back to ask for replacement. They didn’t even apologise. If I could I would give them zero stars. Very rude staff and horrible service.

Nice place. Some branches dont know how to make it extra hot but this branch did. Would have given them a 5 if they had the sleeves to protect your hands from the extra hot drinks but all costa branches dont seem to have them, they would rather give you an extea cup.
