   Was recommended to come here after visiting the music shop up the road. It was a great shout & although it was getting near closing time, we were able to have pastry & cake & chai & mocha coffees, both of which were excellent. The lady was very helpful giving directions for a bus. You didn’t know it, but you were the venue for a post-purchase euphoria & refuel & me & my daughter were glad we stopped by.

   This was my local cafe for 4 years when I worked nearby. It was always an absolute delight coming for a weekly coffee- not only did I get to know the staff but also other regulars! It's such a warm and welcoming place with quick and top tier service, and the food is delicious. The coffee itself? Out of this world. Make mine an oat flat white!

   lovely staff and good amount of seating area. i had the cinnamon roll more than once it was very nice! not everyone can perfect the roll but it suited my preference for it well. there’s an upstairs with a lighter environment great for doing work and a downstairs area which is a bit moodier but a nice place to read books just depending on your preference.

   I like it here! It’s the only place in South Croydon that reminds me of East London, where I moved here from. Admittedly I came here more regularly before I moved to the area. Back when I was doing weekly flat viewings I would be sure to pop in for a coffee every single visit whereas now I live here I tend to sort my own coffee/snacks at home. That said, I do still like to pop here from time to time as a little treat. However please note that many reviews mention the cost of the food vs value for money and unfortunately, I have to agree. It’s my one downside of Bobs. The prices are a little high for what you get. For instance, my pics are of the Bobs Breakfast Bun I got the other day - Scrambled eggs, Monterey Jack cheese, caramelised onions and Chipotle mayo. It cost £8.75. Nearly £9 for hardly much of anything! Granted, it was tasty. The brioche bun in particular was very nice. But it was quite small and not much of the fillings either. Disappointing for £9. Three more £’s and I could get a very generous portion of chicken Pho or a noodle stir fry up the road! So overall, a nice place, lovely staff, good coffee & menu choices BUT unfortunately not always value for money when it comes to the food.

   Amazing coffee shop in South Croydon. Excellent filter coffee, good Americano and great oat lattes. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. We are a vegan family and they have good vegan options, both sweet and savoury. The oat milk porridge is delicious.

   Nice cafe hidden away but once you find it, the coffee and food is very good. Had a cappuccino and it was by far one of the best coffees I’ve had in a while. Also avocado on toast with a poached egg was good. Bread was very fresh and tasty.

   Nice coffee shop in south Croydon, the staff are warm and friendly. The coffee is very good (proper coffee). There is a lovely selection of pastry's and cakes to choose from. The coffee shop also has seating upstairs & downstairs.

   Cosy and rustic venue with extremely friendly staff. Coffee is fantastic and so is the freshly squeezed orange juice they offer. Price is as expected for a coffee shop in 2021 so no unexpected surprises. The food from the kitchen was both fresh and delicious, the pastries also looked divine but we will have to wait until next time to try these. I look forward to coming back regularly!
