    Fantastic Starbucks right across from Golders Green Coach Station! The staff are always friendly and efficient, even during busy times. The coffee is consistently great, and it’s the perfect spot to relax before catching a coach or after a long journey. The place is clean, comfortable, and has a nice atmosphere β€” exactly what you’d hope for from a good Starbucks. Highly recommend for a quick caffeine fix or a quiet break.

    Staff doesn’t pay attention to people waiting for orders and when she asks me if I’m ready to order while chatting to her colleague I said yes but she didn’t move or gave me instructions as to where to order/ pay she just continued to talk to her colleague and eventually she looked at me again and I said I wouldn’t be here if I didn’t want to order, she then just said with an absolute attitude β€žwell I have a till hereβ€œ pointing at it whilst herself standing behind a pillar a few meters away as if I know what till she serves customers from, I have always been served from till one so how do I know it’s suddenly a different one, she should have called me over instead of giving a snobby look to her collegue as if I’m the issue. What’s the matter with these teenagers having this absolute attitude serving people, where’s the customer service it’s embarrassing.

    Unfortunately, there is no interest in the cleanliness of the place: the tables and chairs are dirty, and there are flies on the food (photos of all that was mentioned are attached). The employees were informed of this and expressed their dissatisfaction with my comments. The role of administrative oversight over the quality and performance system must be activated in all branches.

    Awful experience first time of going there because of the uninterested attitude of the staff but even so I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and went there for a second time just to experience even worst customer service. The staff was completely disorganised, walking back and forth at one stage, like lost children consequently two different queues formed. The cashier couldn't scan the loyalty card. saying: "I can't do that because it's not working" and later on to a different customer "I just don't know". Their Internet wasn't working so it was probably related but clearly she wasn't aware either. There was no sign from the barista that she needed to prepare my drink instead served four other people who arrived after me. By then my patience was exhausted and I asked for a refund (after another queue of course). I was late for work as the drink was meant to be a takeaway. Full of students with a lot of time in their hands (enough for one to stay 5 minutes debating about points with the cashier after she had already claimed ignorance). An atmosphere that can only be described as "a leisure hub for people with nothing to do".

    This has become a real hub. It is always busy and yet we always find a place to sit. Sometimes it can be a little unclean but that's probably because the staff work so hard, and they do do a very good job and are very friendly too.

    They should rename this place to Starbucks College because everytime i go here I see students sitting and not buying anything! Completely selfish and rude to the customers who buy something and want to sit. If your too broke to buy anything from starbucks why are you taking up space, go buy a meal deal from Tesco then and sit at home. The staffs fault too, they clearly see these dirty people sitting there and not buying anything and do nothing about it, underpaid I assume. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE!

    A couple of years ago it was full of rude staff, but now there are some wonderful people working here! They're always so lovely to my doggie Bruce, who adores them back, and know my order and happy to have a little chat. Today I dropped my coffee of the floor and the member of staff didn't hesitate to clean it up even though I offered, and got me a new coffee. I was having a horrible day and that show of kindness was something I really needed. Mine and Bruce's fav coffee shop here for sure.

    I came to this branch for the first time this week, and I was really impressed. Amazing customer service. Smiling faces and polite people behind the counter. Such a lovely experience. Well Done guys, keep it up. It's a hard time for hospitality, I appreciate your hard work and that you put a smile on it. Ps: my food was also really good. I am not a turkey fan, however, that turkey and cheddar sandwich was something.

    An Iced Mocha can never go wrong! There's enough space if you like to sit out and do some work. It's not too crowded and noisy. Just perfect.
