   I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your coffee shop. I have been a regular customer in the area for the past two years, and unfortunately, this was the first time I left feeling genuinely dissatisfied. First, I noticed something in my sandwich that clearly did not look right. When I raised my concern, I was told it was a “burnt cheese,” but it did not resemble that at all. It was only after my reaction that I was asked if I wanted it replaced. While I appreciated the offer, I feel such issues should not occur in the first place. Secondly, I couldn’t help but notice how unclean the tables were. The café was not busy, and with several staff members present(2), I would have expected at least one of them to attend to this. Cleanliness should be a basic standard in any establishment, especially a coffee shop. Finally, when I asked for a tissue, I was given a blue roll instead. As a customer , I don’t think it is appropriate to be offered something that looks like it belongs in a kitchen rather than a café. A place serving food and drinks should always have proper napkins or tissues available. I am truly disappointed to see the service and standards decline like this. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make improvements, as I would like to continue being a loyal customer without such experiences repeating.

   Very bad experience on Saturday evening. The person in charge got no manners no professional at all. The coffe shop was empty and he was cleaning ignoring me. No hello or good evening nothing. Just looking at me as l was disturbing him. I ordered a coffe and l could see no skills at all ...he literally didn't know how to do it ....no skills not even effort. Coffe was watery and ask for another one no even apologize nothing. I don't know who is in charge of people's selection on that branch massive lack of knowledge and professionalism. Will never came back.

   Chain coffee shop. Coffee is usually decent enough but on occasion it's not the standard you expect. Food is average at best. I've found the coffee at Gail's next door to be more consistent.

   Clean with a nice atmosphere and lovely staff who are very friendly and understanding of disabilities. They have all been very accommodating of my inability to speak a lot of the time which has kind of made this place a bit of a safe space for me compared to other places. The food is also very good, I recommend the chocolate twist and the breakfast baps. The hot chocolate and berry infusion is also excellent.
