Booked car in for the morning. No phone call so assumed all was good. Got there later on and the lad said he’s been really busy and wasn’t sure if his boss had even started any repairs. Turns out they hadn’t even looked at it. A simple phone call would’ve been nice. Obviously taking on more than they should by the amount of Amazon vans in there. Pretty poor customer service.
My car lost all its coolant on the M6 whilst returning home from my son's graduation ceremony. Being nearly 300 miles away from home we got the car recovered to Smart auto services that evening. The team at Smart auto services managed to fit our car in for repairs the following day despite being fully booked with work so we could get home to Suffolk as soon as possible. Took my car to have a clutch replaced, needed new brake pads and to put it through the mot. Very impressed with the service I received. Very professional and friendly staff, jobs were reasonably priced and completed in good time. Would definitely recommend.
