My coffee was made well by a young man. It seem like they had a new girl on the tills, it took her a while to fathom what I was ordering poor thing. But my latte experience was better here than at other Costa shops.

Nice cappuccino and very welcoming staff, I normally come at this place every 5 year doing my exam at Pearson VUE Test centre. 5th November 22
Went for a nice meal and had to endure a member of staff (Nadia) relentlessly swearing at another customer, telling them to “f*** off” , truly ruining my dining experience
Outstanding service today by Nadia . A fabulous member of the Costa team. Have been back a few times and Nadia always gives great service and smiles! She would be an asset to any business - great attitude.
Not the cleanest I've been to, but everything's still Costa. I ordered a coffee and the lip of my cup was dirty, my spoon had white residue on it, the table I sat at had a broken chair (didn't realise until I sat down) and no tissue was provided. It's no news that companies prioritize stores according to location, this just happens to be one of the less important ones unfortunately. But all that aside the coffee is good and staff attended to me on time.
I had tea at costa located Southgate , the tea pot and tea glass cup were very dirty and disgusting as you see on photos .
