    I usually get an iced coffee which I pay about £4.50 for, however the last time I went the lady didn't tell me how much, she just gave me the card machine to tap my card. When I looked, she was charging me something like £7.50!!! I asked her again to confirm if the price was correct and she said it was. I was a little gob smacked and decided to cancel the order.

    Barista is always friendly and happy to serve. Makes the best coffee in Thornton Heath. Although quite small has certain charm to it. It also helps that the shop is next door to the station. I always look forward to my morning coffee from Coffee Zone.

    Great little business that is a really welcome part of Thornton Heath. Coffee is spot on, prices are great and the staff are a ray of sunshine! Shout out to Renata who is always super friendly and has been supporting the local parks by providing coffee grounds for compost!

    I did not have a nice first experience as my enquiries about the bonus card was rudely answered. However, since then they have been polite enough. I met a lady who had moved from costa who was as polite as usual. Coffee is good, opened very early which suits me quite well.

Usually I get served by lovely Kaszia, who is very professional and quick at all times. Today Renata was there too, so what else to say? You've got some great team there :) All the best. V
