Patient and helpful wait staff. This was my first traditional English breakfast. It was a different combination of food, beans, hash browns, grilled tomatoes, eggs and mushrooms. I ate it but a little seasonings/herbs could have made the plain dish a bit more excited. The hashbrowns were great, tasted a bit of onions infused in it. The items were all foods I usually eat, just not together. But overall I was satisfied, would not order the meal again. Would go back because of great service and very timely. Oh and the homemade bread was awesome!!! My friend thoroughly enjoyed the hot cocoa! The cafe is a tight squeeze I wouldn’t suggest it for a large group, perfect for an intimate or quick bite.

I'm not normally one for Cafes for the very reason below, but I thougtht I'd try this one as there were a few locals inside. First time was really nice, I had a fully monty. Second time, went for cheese omlette, chips and beans. On the third visit (about 1pm) I ordered the same as the last. (See pic). Round about 4hrs later, I noticed my stomach becoming unsettled, slight bubbles inside. Some hours after that I was on the loo. Later still, more loo visits - I had a stomach bug! This went on for 24hrs in which I could eat nothing. Yes, the omlette on this occasion did look different from the previous omlette but I thought nothing of it. Thankfully this cleared up after 24hrs with lots of water. It's a shame as I thought I'd found a good food joint. Prior to eating here all I had for breakfast was two Seven Seeded Hovis wholemeal toast and a glass of water.

This is one of the very best cafes I've been in for a very long time I'd give it 6 stars if I could , portion sizes are supper large and well cooked in a clean friendly cafe , I mean I wanted to give a tip rather than just tipping as it's expected. The choice of freshly cooked dinner options was fantastic so not just breakfast items but many many dinner choices and a specials board. Great in every department

This cafe is awesome, the food was nice, very friendly, and warm. They place is very clean and the food was delicious.. it all came out hot. The portions are big but you can always take it home. They have many variety of food plus specials of the day. I cannot fault this cafe at all.

This place is great. We came from the States and the English breakfast was spot on. The coffee is better than 90% of the coffee shops in Cali! The main guy serving is also very friendly. They take card and cash which was convenient.

Reasonably prices with large portions of English breakfast! Come here if your ready to get real full! A nice friendly local cafe, unfortunately they only accept cash so prepared to head to a cash machine beforehand
