    Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. I urgently needed to use the toilet, and the cafe was busy, so I went straight there, but the woman shouted at me in front of everyone, rudely said things like “I pay the rent here, you have to buy something if you want to use the toilet.” I have been a customer here before, but no one should be treated like this. Totally unacceptable behaviour.
