   The Food was awful, never ever again, I returned there for a Jacket Potato, cheese and Beans, the presentation in serving this to me was awfully sick, I had to return the meal to them as I couldn't eat it, the Jacket Potato was awful no Potato inside the Jacket, when I told this to the Supervisor, Really She didn't even care and never wanted to compensate my meal with a different meal, never ever again. I. WILL STICK TO THE DEVIL I KNOW"""'.

   Today was most probably my 5th time eating at this local. Today the staff weren't friendly at all. They were with other customers. For example, I sat down without a knife and fork. The younger of the two men mumbled something to me. I realised afterwards that he said the cutlery is over there. The next customer that sat down without their cutlery, the other man bought it to them. Compared to my other visits over the years, it seems they're downsizing in the portions. Also, I think a full breakfast should include a standard tea or coffee. I say this as many of the Croydon hotels do a buffet breakfast. Where you can eat as many bits of bacon or hash brownies from £10 - 17. With the Premier Inn being one of my favourites. I also asked for my saugages to be replaced with bacon. So with this, the younger man speaks to the older man in a foreign language about my order. They both can speak English perfectly well. I wanted to know what they were saying just in case the younger guy got it wrong. The best thing about this cafe is that it's spacious. And great for people watching, if busy. There are no toilets within the cafe.

   Excellent experience. Food is excellent quality and customer service is amazing. My wife and I love coming here as staff is very welcoming, nice, polite and helpful. Food is tasty, well presented, big portions and at an excellent price. It is definitely a place to recommend if you are around Croydon.

   Popped in here for a warm drink during a cold shopping trip. The hot chocolate was actually "hot" which is unusual nowadays. My hot chocolates are always tepid from other establishments. So that was a pleasant surprise. We didn't eat but the food others were eating looked good. Decent size portion and pleasantly presented. The gentleman who served us was very friendly and chatty. The cafe was clean and tables cleared promptly.

   The branch of Cafe Giardino at Centrale is quite big. There is a sitting area inside the cafe as well as the outside seats in the middle of the shopping centre but that area closes in the afternoon. I liked the selections of fillings and bread selection.
