i haven’t found anything nice about that place sorry inside it was very filthy definitely need deep clean . particularly one male staff definitely need a good training how to serve customers and not to be rude .
I’ve been to plenty of Costas and usually the staff are great — but this Croydon West branch feels different. The younger staff here look like smiling is against company policy, and if you dare to ask a question you half-expect a coffee cup to come flying your way. The male staff are friendlier, but overall the vibe is just off. A shame, because Costa usually gets it right.

It was busy but girls at the reception were so efficient and fast to serve so we don’t had to wait longer. Coffee was great as all the Costa points. Cookies I didn’t like so much but overall good experience. Highly recommended
Love Cappuccino coffee, it's the only coffee I drink as I'm a Tea person but I have Cappuccino when I go out. Love Costa from it's points system to it's cakss etc.
The staff at the Croydon Costa especially the manager are excellent. They make you feel welcomed as you walk through the door and take great care of you with speedy service . It is a pleasure going to the Croydon Costa.
Rolo hot choc is yum! One of the places in Croydon North end which is open till 7 on weekdays. Helpful staff and very fast service.
I visit your croydon North brunch. There was only two staff one of them was serving other one was talking on the phone. I ordered medium latte way of your staff done the coffe was rubbish nothing like latte l tasted it wasn't right. I took it back to till all your staff said it is coffe and milk what do you expect. I asked to be changed he change it no apology nothing he done it same it is still not very nice. I paid £ 3. 50 for nothing. Not happy at all. Staff are unprofessional.
My order was taken quickly soya latte coffee is normally really good but having it served in the tall glass as I was drinking it in Costa cooled the coffee too much (luke warm 8n fact). Next time I will ask that the cup be warmed up first using the steamer before pouring the coffee in or I should have just asked to have it in my insulated takeaway cup which I carry with me anyway. I know next time. Lesson learnt.
