   After a 6 month marathon of a house sale process, I can honestly say there wasn’t a working day when Muhammad Anas wasn’t personally contactable, professional and reliable. He was awesome. It’s some of the best service I’ve ever received in any industry and I can’t recommend Muhammad highly enough. There was a lot of issues with the sale, as happens with property, and he managed them all like a total professional. He’s an asset to LDL and I will be using him for all future property transactions. I truly wish him the best and can’t thank him enough for getting the transaction over the line. There is no doubt in my mind that he made the difference between this sale happening, and not.

   Irene Moran and her team have been an absolute godsend. As a first-time buyer and a single parent working full-time, I had very little time to chase up LPL about my property purchase. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Irene and her team kept me regularly updated without me ever needing to follow up. Their checks and investigations were extremely thorough. They even saved me from buying a property I was completely set on, as it turned out the seller had been hiding several issues. Thanks to their diligence, I was able to find another property—and the sale finally completed today. I am so pleased with their service! I’ve heard horror stories about what people go through with solicitors during property transactions, but in contrast, Irene Moran and her team at LPL were a delight to work with: professional, pleasant, and courteous throughout.

   Grace Cunnington was so helpful and informative throughout every step. She answered all our questions and as first time buyers it was so reassuring to have this support; she was happy to explain all the legal jargon (more than once!) to make sure we understood. Everything was signed off and completed so quickly and we felt supported every step of the way. For a timeline example, we viewed our new home at the start of September and have completed by November so everything was super speedy! We’ll definitely be returning to LPL with any future house purchases etc.

   LPL dealt efficiently with our purchase and were proactive dealing with a tight timescale to complete. We dealt with Aled for conveyancing and he was always quick to answer the phone with a direct line to his desk. This was reassuring when we had questions or needed a progress update. The only niggle I had with the process was the online portal which was difficult to navigate. Also the emails we received each time contained so many image attachments and a large text attachment that it became difficult to identify the actual message in amongst it all. For this reason I have deducted what would have been a 5 star rating. Great service and would recommend to handle your house purchase.

   Amazing service from LPL, fast responses, no query too much hassle for them! Charleigh was my dedicated solicitor for the purchase of my first home and I can’t thank her enough for her efforts in making it all such a smooth easy process. All my queries were answered super quickly and everything was dealt with in a professional manner. I particularly liked their online tracker which showed what stage of the purchase I was at and what was outstanding, super easy to use and upload documents etc! I would highly recommend.

   LPL have been great and our solicitor Michelle Davies has provided excellent service from start to finish! She has been great at replying to queries throughout the process and guiding us along the way, as first time buyers we had a lot of questions to ask! We purchased a no-chain property which should have been a quick sale however, we had a few delays along the way due to the seller's solicitor. Michelle ensured to chase frequently and resolved the issue for us. Thanks to her, we are now finally collecting our keys to our first home tomorrow! We simply cannot thank her enough and would highly recommend her and LPL!

   My family have used LPL several times for the sale or purchase of 3 or 4 properties. On each occasion we had good service and been happy to use them again. I have recently used them to sell an empty one bedroom flat to a first time buyer. They were awful. No communication, no urgency, no escalation to complaints raised to client services. The buyers 6 month mortgage offer eventually expired and was unable to continue and predictably withdrew form the purchase. I subsequently wrote to LPL expressing my frustration and they didn't even respond to that. If I could have given them zero stars I would have. Awful. I note that LPL have responded to my review almost immediately the following morning. They never responded as quickly when I needed to speak to them when I was trying to sell my flat. Their reply does not remotely reflect my experience at all.

Then I found LPL ! and with them I found Ms Charleigh Fielding Since day one LPL and Ms Fielding have been on top of all aspects of my new house purchase and kept me updated on daily basis with all progress made Ms. Fielding in particular is a great professional with clear and good communication skills. She always attended to any query with urgency and I always got my answers within minutes usually from me placing the query A massive thank you to Ms Fielding for her professionalism and support through out the process all the way to completion and an equal thank you to LPL for hiring such great professionals such as Ms Fielding I will surely recommend you to all my friends and network and will surely use you again should I need to
