   Nice place to go if you are looking for a nice cozy environment, good coffee and nice enough food, staff were very nice and very good at their role so I can't say anything further

   Quite disappointed in the staff at this establishment. Went in for a coffee with a friend, a lady with redish hair saw us walk in and then continued to walk away into the back of the establishment. We were then left for around 5 minutes which doesn’t seem a lot however as a member of staff at a similar establishment, it is required for someone to be on bar at ALL times. When served there was such a stale energy regarding this staff member who clearly didn’t want to be there. There should be higher levels of training with individuals like this who make an experience debilitating.

   Sometimes they are okay They get things wrong but fix them I feel they get distracted talking to each other then concentrating on the task which leads to incorrect orders Coffee warm sometimes not always hot ... Friendly staff but just need to concentrate more ...

   New Addington Branch. The coffee was nice. The staff were friendly. But there was a very pushy man in there who kept shouting until the staff gave him a free drink. I don't blame them, they didn't want any trouble. The problem is that he will repeat that behaviour next time and it's very uncomfortable for the other customers. In the future, if I use the place again, it will definitely only be take out.

   Normally when I come in here my order is perfectly fine. However today, I asked for a soy milk hot chocolate and when I tasted it, it was almond milk so I had to throw the drink away.

   Costa is a great place to take a break and get a cup of coffee/tea or just some drinks with friends. I rate this 5 starts because I love the food and drink at Costa, and I am so happy when this came to New Addington.

   Have been getting a coffee here every so often and always had a pleasant staff making my soya latte. The prices are as everywhere else going up so this is more like a treat couple of times a month. Great place to sit and have a chat with a friend. Always soft music playing in a background. I wish there are more vegan options with food than just a cookie especially when you are not looking for more sugar.... But overall I am glad Costa has opened here!
