Visit this place at least a couple of times per week. Staff are always helpful and have no problems here whatsoever.
Not very friendly staff, no cuterlery given, cortado texture didn't seem right compared to other costas Usually very happy with other costas.
I will never ever visit this branch again. The coffee was absolutely rubbish waste of money.
I went to costa coffee biggin hill with my mum today There today I had tuna melt sandwich which I really enjoyed it was one of the best tuna melt sandwich I have ever had in the whole wide world it was very tasty and delicious To drink I had a fanta which I really enjoyed It was the best fanta I have ever had in the world it was lovely and cold and refreshing Just what I needed for a very warm summers day The staff that work there are very kind lovely friendly The service is very good amazing wonderful I had a very lovely first experience there today at costa coffee biggin hill with my mum today This place gets it's very first 5 out of 5 star rating by me Enjoy reading your google review by me Have a lovely rest of your day 5 stars all around
We just popped in yesterday (9th) a for quick coffee, good service every thing all okay EXCEPT the extent of filth covering the ground in and around the outside tables. I should have raised this with the manager. The level of detritus had been there a long time with a "triangle" of heaped rubbish to one side probably blown there. that included what looked like a large plastic shopping bag. The whole area needs to be thoroughly cleaned and washed down and I would suggest this needs to be regularly undertaken. Shame really detracts.
Awful latte. No cash accepted. Not dog friendly inside. Rude staff. I would recommend people spend there money elsewhere.
Friendly little Costa serving the community of Biggin Hill. Great place to pick up a coffee before work.
The staff were fine, BUT far too much faffing about at your stupid coffee machines taking up far too much of my time in the queue of just two customers in front of me. £3.25 for a medium late which didn't come any where near as nice as a 99p cup of McDonalds coffee. Yours is definitely NOT worth it!!!! NEVER again.
There was no line and four staff behind the counter. I was waiting for close to 4 minutes and no one even acknowledged me. If there is a problem with equipment or staff training going on it’s perfectly acceptable and polite to acknowledge the customer and explain you’ll be with them when you can. To ignore customers entirely is poor service management and I doubt in line with company values. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced poor service in this branch.
Just had one of the best cappuccinos for many a long day. The barista was pleasantness itself, she made my drink "just so". Many thanks!
