   After being hit by a drunk driver, I contacted several solicitors to explore my options. Most seemed to be uninterested or mainly focused on financial outcome. HCC were the complete opposite – from my very first call they showed genuine concern for my wellbeing and provided over two years of unwavering support. Communication was consistent and transparent throughout – nothing was ever too much or too little for them, and they were always happy to answer my questions (no matter how daft) I’m incredibly grateful to Joe Dodman, Katie and Patrick them for their professionalism, kindness and dedication to both me and my case. Thanks to them, I’m in a better place physically and mentally – and they secured an excellent result. I cannot recommend HCC solicitors highly enough.

   So many poor reviews yet still somehow 4 starts. Absolute disgrace of a practice, would not recommend these to my worst enemy. Important calls conveniently weren't recorded when this crucial evidence was required at a later date. Calls aren't answered or returned. Emails are ignored. Go into your local town and use a solicitor you can actually see, face to face. HCC are crooks.

   My wife was killed in a road traffic accident. The vans horn wasn't working, his speedometer wasn't working, he had bold tyres, but yet these solicitors wasn't able to secure a penny from the insurance company. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

   They gave me Michelle Weaver as solicitor. Since I been given her she start to abuse me financially making charges which are never been clear. Even I asked at beginning to be clear with charges, wrinting on email all the charges, I also Pray her to limit outlr relationship only for trustee bank account. But she offer help for dealing with an issue not related to trustee bank account, ans I didn't know she was charging, cause she was all the time saying " Giuseppe I'm here to help, I only want to help". But Help doesnt mean charging 3k ? I help sono many people while I used to work for NHS before have an road bike accident and be permanent disable, I never charge for help people. Her charges never been clear, an email should have written down an cost , specially for me which I have a brain injury. Why trustee bank account became an cash machine for lawyers. Why we keep be considerated parassiti of this society and Keep to get abused by this people only because we are disable? Why we get blamed for all the problem this country has? Why?

   These solicitors are extremely dedicated, helpful, and personable. They will go the extra mile! I discovered them through a service in the hospital after a major car crash when I was in bed and in pain, then they helped me to realise that we might have a case. They are extremely professional and I felt totally comfortable working with them. I thank them so much for all their efforts, and we got the claim we were seeking. They came personally recommended and I trust them with everything.

   Absolutely Appalling service! From day one I have had to persistently chase as they rarely make contact or update you. No dedicated solicitor, just passed around call handlers who know nothing about your case they just read what is on a screen. I have just been left in pain for 11 months with no further treatment and no one at HCC likes to take responsibility blaming everything on waiting for medical evidence. From a car accident that I did not cause, you would not expect to be treated this way but I assume that because they class it as a “small claim” there is no interest what so ever to help. I am tired of being persistently fobbed off and looking to take things further. Coming up to a year from the actual accident and I have received 6 sessions of physio last November!
