   Absolutely ridiculous, i went in here and ordered a iced pumpkin spice latte with vanilla cold foam. When i get a drink i expect it to taste like what it says in the details. The lady that made it was clearly not putting in the right ingredients because it tasted nothing like pumpkin spice, my drink had coffee bits in it and it tasted like pure coffee no sugar nothing. RIDICULOUS !!!!!

   I went today on 13.04 to get some coffee at around 6:50PM and as i went in i saw all the chairs on the top of the tables which means that the staff cleaned the floor, it was wet aswell.I don't understand why they cleaned almost 1 hour before the closing time (7:45PM).And outside is cold, the door was opened all that time. I don't think is ok that they clean 1 hour before closing time because the customers think that the Coffee shop is closed and they will not go in.That's not the first time this has happened.

   Not been to Starbucks for the longest while. Found it devoid of atmosphere and the seating is strange. It took forever to get two hot drinks so probably would try somewhere else next time. Plenty of other coffee shops in the town.

   Dirty tables as soon as we came in. No customer acknowledgement when came through the door. Can see we went to sit at only available table which was dirty. No one wanted to clean it had to clean ourselves. Got coffee order wrong had to wait for new one to be made. Disappointed as I worked in a Starbucks before and never did we leave the store dirty like that I also run a business too and cleanliness is key do getting customers to come back also customer service and care too .
