The service was very poor the lady was screaming on me and my kids didn’t want to show her name only one of them was show me her name Bianka and she was also so angry and not professional and cover her worker Not professional and hide them names
I always enjoy my visits to Costa Coffee. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a clean and comfortable seating area that’s great for relaxing or working. The staff are consistently friendly, polite, and quick with service—even during busy times.
Yesterday i was there in afternoon to by a coffee and i was very happy with customer service and also the staff who served me name her is Mony. She is very helpful and she was trying to sell me everything. I was asking about Halal food and she explained me with food details. Very cooperative staff so that’s why i am very happy with the service. Thank you

Very clean and polite the girls there specially the one called Anna …. Very kind and she always smiles and does fantastic minted tea and also latte ;)
I visited this place for 7 years and they have a good trick to send the customer way and not to seat for long to have the coffee in . they want the customers to buy only take ways . If you seat they will turn on the air con . One of the girls she was rude and nasty to us three months ago that was my last visit i never gone back there .
Very nice ladies. Good customer service and excellent quality of coffee in the shop made by wendy and a large selection of food you can enjoy from. I was offered with costa app and now am collecting a lot of beans to get free coffee. Keep it up. Staff always smiling.
I often come to this Costa and really happy with the service I get, both Wendy and Maria are very professional and do a excellent job both in terms of customer service as well as an amazing coffee. I would highly recommend this Costa and hope the hard work staff are putting in day to day gets recognition and rewarded for their dedication.
We come to this cafe often and the service and coffees are great but the tables are left dirty too long and the outside seating is really messy. There are a lot of cigarettes and papers under the tables so it feels like you step in a rubbish bin. And that is when there are two tables seated , two people behind bar. They can keep it clean.
