This is was the first time I visited this Costa and was disgusted with the service I received from a blond head woman who never took my in the first place. First she made my order wrong the argued the fact that I didn’t order what I asked for because she didn’t hear me how could she when she was making coffee she was not the one who took my order and repeatedly accused me of lying about my order I can’t have normal caffeine milk I asked for decaffeinated with coconut milk. The fact she kept telling that that’s not what I ordered which it was. The told me how it’s .50p more for what I ordered and I told her that I don’t mind paying the extra but I am Not lying in despite she continue to argue with me that I was lying. I will never visit again rude behaviour I personally think it was because I am Asian as she was friendly with everyone else and we was the only Asian couple there.
