   Zero. Truly disgusting people. Charged us 180 each with extra for labour for Davanti tyres after holding the car ransom. Ignore positive reviews these guys are terrible the owner loves ripping people off right before Christmas. Edit. Response to Steve: It is 100% your fault you upsold unnecessary services of which there is no way of determining whether or not it has taken place such as expensive fuel treatments. You also charged £140 per tyre for Davanti tyres. My review is accurate and you have ripped off a family right before Christmas to the tune of nearly £1000. You should be ashamed of yourself and everyone that works in your establishment should be too.

   Really happy with the work that’s been done, I bought my car secound and was sold it with a big dint and crack in the alloy from Leeds and SMR garage made my alloys look brand new from a 13 plate car, really happy with the work thank you guys ☺️

   Vehicle dropped off at 09:45 for oil and filter change for 10:00 as arranged. Arrived at garage 10:45 , vehicle no where to be seen. Asked receptionist to contact the mechanic who had removed my vehicle. Mechanic arrived back at premises 11:50 he informed me " vehicle needs warming up. It's standard practice ". I replied by stating that the engine oil could be warmed up in a stationary position. After an embarrassing pause the mechanic replied " there was a vehicle that had lost its load and I helped recover it !! I'll do the service for free". I asked if I could lodge a complaint through their complaints procedure. "all complaints come through me, as I'm the owner". The vehicle had gained 32 miles whilst this mechanic was warming the oil!! As this garage is NOT registered with The Vehicle Ombudsman Motor Industry Codes Of Practice I'm unable to resolve this issue with them. Trust your vehicle with this mechanic at your own peril!
