   The staff is nice and provide a lovely service . The coffee shop is large with plenty of space. I enjoy that it is dog friendly and makes it a lovely place for the local community to meet up .

   Absolute worst excuse for a coffee I’ve ever tasted, I’ve bought one 3 times from here and never again, they’re always the same. Cold, overly milky with zero taste, I ordered a flat white which is supposed to be a relatively stronge tasting cup but it was served in a big cappuccino cup, basically a huge cup of lukewarm milk with a very slight hint of coffee. You could barely even see that there was coffee in it judging by the colour. This is all 3 times I’ve gone there even when I have asked to have less milk, the staff didn’t seem to really understand this and clearly have zero proper training in how to make a coffee. The service was fine and so was the cleanliness of the place, but no background music on. I know it’s only Costas but honestly I feel ripped off, I didn’t even bother drinking the one I just bought, took one taste & binned it.

   The workers are really kind and are really patient. The tables are always clean, and you can always get , whether that's for one person or 5. They have sandwiches, hot drinks, water, and orange juice, so whatever you might want, they have.

   Sticky finger marks on glass doors/counters - screens not clean and really struggled to hear the girl serving. I noticed the other girl who would have been making up my order (she had long dark hair it was almost stuck to her face - it wasn’t tied back and she was arguing with a customer). I decided to cancel my order and left, the toilet was in a bad way another customer said whilst we waited to be served… all in all, unless they pull their act together, they will lose customers (unless of course the customers don’t mind!!). I don’t intend going back there any time soon…

   Great coffee but low staff numbers meant that tables were not being cleared and sanitised between customers. Also No checks done on customer toilet, which I found to be unable due to the toilet bowl being filled with tissue and almost overflowing. I told the staff they needed to check the toilet.

   Wonderful staff at this Costa. The coffee always tastes amazing. There’s two girls that work here who are absolutely lovely. Bubbly personalities. Always have time for a conversation with me. Even when the shop is busy, the tables are always cleared. They always have a full range of snacks available. They have air conditioning inside and additional seating outside. The toilet, although clean could do with a refurbishment. It’s very old with visible damages.
