   I visited the Starbucks on Sevenoaks Way in Orpington (BR5 3SG) at around 4:23 PM with my best friend yesterday/ November 6th Thursday. I ordered a Cookies and Cream Frappé, and I want to share my experience so the store can improve its customer service. When I went to the till, Mera served me. I did not feel welcomed at all. She did not greet me, and her facial expression made me feel uncomfortable. She looked unhappy and was frowning, and it seemed like she did not want to be there or serve customers. Because of this, the start of my visit did not feel pleasant. I did not say anything at the time and just moved on to wait for my drink. When I received my Cookies and Cream Frappé, it tasted very bland. I could not taste the cookies and cream flavour at all. I felt disappointed, so I went back to the counter to mention my concern. This time, I spoke to Billy, another staff member. Billy was the complete opposite. He was very polite and understanding. He listened carefully to my concern, and the way he spoke to me showed great customer service. He took my drink and offered to double blend it and add more cookies and cream flavour to make sure I was happy with my order. His attitude and efforts made me feel valued as a customer, and I really appreciate that. While I am very happy with the service I received from Billy, I feel that Mera could benefit from more customer service and communication training. It would also help if she had more training on how to make drinks properly, especially frappés, so customers can enjoy their orders. Overall, I want to thank Billy for his kindness and professionalism. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.

The drinks are always consistent — I especially like the lattes and iced coffees. They have lots of options, including non-dairy milks and seasonal specials. The food is decent too, with tasty sandwiches and sweet treats. It can be a bit pricey, but the quality is usually good. The staff are friendly and the service is quick. Most stores have a nice vibe and free Wi-Fi, which is great if you want to work or chill. ⭐ Rating: 8/10 – A solid place for good coffee

   I do love Starbucks coffee..,every time me and my husband stop at the Orpington branch to sit down and enjoy a cup of it... but there is a big problem..,looks like the Orpington branch never has been cleaned since opening, tables always dirty, floors never been cleaned..

   I'm a simple and hassle-free person. I'm not in detail. I don't expect anything from anyone. However, in this place I've been a few times, I always encounter the same thing. Unhappy and sullen employees, dirty environment, and coffee that doesn't taste good. As a manager, I can only say that there is only one reason, either a bad and incompetent manager or a very low salary. There is no service for the price we pay. When I heard the same complaints from a few of my friends, I felt the need to write this.

   Good coffee. Drive-thru available, Wi-Fi available, toilet available. There is a QR code on the window next to the entrance door, scan it and input your car reg to validate your parking. Sustainable concept: paper cup recycle tray, ethical sourcing of coffee bean, etc

   The atmosphere here is always welcoming. The Manager is always really bright and he seems to have a good morale with his staff. The staff are friendly and helpful too. The restaurant is not a busy one and you don’t have to wait too long. Only four stars because every time I’ve been in there’s crumbs on the tables, seats and floor. I’ve never seen anyone clean up. The toilets usually need attention too. The soap dispenser seems to be faulty and they don’t always have a soap bottle available.

   Nice drinks, but that's where the good things end. As others have pointed out the staff are least bothered about cleanliness. The tables were not cleaned despite requesting it. If you park outside the cafe, don't forget to scan the barcode, It's very easy to miss and the staff don't remind you either, be prepared to pay hefty parking fine to ParkingEye.
