I have used NHMS on a number of occasions for both cars and vans. Very good VFM and spot on service. They are in my experience reliable and I will continue to use them.
Unfortunately these lads were nothing but hassle! After going in for a simple engine probe replacement the car came out with issue after issue including two very expensive repairs and two breakdowns. Even if I could believe in such coincidences it doesn’t explain the RAC man being absolutely flabbergasted that their injector repair was done with a hole in one pipe and a NAIL jammed into another! Lazy, dangerous, inconsiderate work. When I rang them to tell them about the nail the breakdown mechanic found they gave me really bad vibes on the phone so I didn’t go back. I’d rather cut my losses than have the engine fall out the car next.
Avoid these cowboys. Caused so much stress due to not doing their job properly. After changing egr valve they forgot to delete it off the system so car went to limp mode again... It came with injector being faulty and they snapped the clip by the injector, didn't tell me anything and they "fixed it" by putting some sort of rubber and A NAIL! (Attaching the picture of their "fixing"). This caused major fuel leak and breakdown RAC guy who helped me couldn't believe what they did. Rang them next day (as it happened on Sunday) and one of the guys said he can have a look on Thursday... Shocking customer service. My car never felt the same after they "repaired it", and there is constantly something wrong with it since they attempted to fix it. If that nail would fall into engine it would probably wreck the car completely and I wouldn't even know why. Avoid at all cost!!!
Called in to get a price for a full service on my car and was very surprised with what had been quoted. £100 cheaper than what I had been quoted from another local garage. Cant recommended this garage highly enough so the shop says on the door No Hassle. Sorted me car out right away got it though its MOT again. Would use again will recommended to anyone looking for a mechanic in the future Thanks Lads

Absolutely great lads we broke down on the Chester services the AA came out couldn't fix our campervan we tried all over no one could help but these lads went above and beyond they stayed at the garage well past closing trying to get the part we needed they kept in touch with us until the AA eventually came with a tow truck.The lads came in on a saturday just to fix our van so we could get on our way to our holidays.Would definitely recommend this garage thanks again lads
