   I waited ages to pay for 4 items because there was a customer in front with a trolley full who could have offered to let me go in front but didn't. Three members of staff stood around seemingly doing nothing when they could have opened another till. This store is appalling - queues are long and they're more interested in getting you use the self checkout tills, which I refuse to do on principle.

   Not impressed with the lack of fresh produce today. Just hasn't seemed to have much to offer just lately. However, the staff in this store are lovely. Always very helpful,polite and clearly working flat out. Stars are for the staff.

   Nice place to do grocery shopping, if you go early enough in a morning. Can find majority of stuff here equivalent to branded stuff and to be honest you can't tell the difference in some of their own branded stuff. I don't think it's as cheap to do grocery shopping as it used to be as I don't think there is much difference in a week's shop from some other places nowadays. It's nice to have a look at their other goods of bits and bobs they sell (none grocery) as you can find some good stuff in there sometimes and at good prices. Staff are pretty friendly but the only downer is you are expected to put your groceries back into your trolley and move to the side to pack them into your bags in the packing area.

   Good staff, great prices, store is relatively clean. A lot of ignorant customers but it does get quite full. Downside is how come there are never any specially selected chicken jalfrezi and chicken tikka masala which are the best curries I have ever tasted. Someone must be buying then in bulk as all the other specially selected products are still on the shelf.

   Large store,easy to move around.Well stocked. Disabled parking available. Disadvantages. Had problems finding items,as aisles not marked clearly. Queue at checkout long and slow.(but worth the wait as prices low)
