Unfortunately, today was a total disappointment for me. I have been taking my car to DMW since the day I bought it. There were a couple of little issues but I didn’t want to make a fuss about it until today. Today, I dropped the car at around 8:40 am and I waited whole day for the staff to detect the GPS problem (whether it is loose or needs replacement) and to get a quotation. As far as I know, the team just checked the software issues (I don’t know for sure because it is not possible to get a clear explanation from the customer relations). The only answer I got from the customers service at 15:05 pm was “probably the GPS needs to be replaced”. I asked if the quotation is ready but they couldn’t give one cause it was not ready. So now I don’t know what the actual problem is, I don’t know if the GPS antenna was checked properly other than software issues and I don’t know how much it would cost. I left the car there for a whole day and I got it back with no proper answers. This shows that there is definitely a lack of planning and poor customer relations. If the team cannot properly deal with the workload that is assigned for a day, the managing team should reduce it not to end up with unhappy and unsatisfied customers. I consider this as a matter of respect.

They want you to bring the car early in the morning, they do not give any information about when the works will be completed, they do not provide any feedback, their prices are quite expensive (nearly same with the main dealer). They are very very poor at customer relations and very rude. I will never take my car here again
