   Bought a BMW X5 from Simon at RSV in July. I've had the car for about 6 months now and I absolutely LOVE IT. Took me a long time to find the X5 that had all the options that I was looking for.    SUPBER SERVICE. Booked my car in after having a creak and knocking noise. Diagnosed within an hour which was super quick and informed promptly of what was needed. Price very competitive and parts fitted in a day. Service was flawless and regularly kept in the loop with where the car was at. Due to having a warranty RSV understood and worked with me and the warranty company. I can not fault the service and will be taking my car back in the near future for further work.    I used RSV for a major service on a BMW M140i after seeing the recommendations on multiple forum groups. The service was excellent, the price was competitive and the service was all done very efficiently whilst I waited. It was considerably cheaper than a BMW main dealer, and the staff were extremely knowledgeable with outstanding customer service. I cannot speak highly enough of RSV and I will be using them for all my servicing and maintenance going forwards.

   I bought a M4 Competition from RSV and dealt with Josh and it was such an easy buying experience. Dealt with Josh directly via WhatsApp and he even arranged last minute on a Friday to stay behind late after we decided to collect the car before the weekend. Car is immaculate inside and out and runs like an M car should! Will definitely be bringing the M4 back to be looked after the team at RSV and keeping an eye out for a car for the Mrs!

   I was recently on the search for a very specifically spec'd M140i shadow edition and I came across the one I eventually bought on AutoTrader before messaging the Facebook page. Meg answered almost immediately with the necessary information and upon asking for a video presentation of the car she forwarded my number on to Josh, who then sent the video to me on WhatsApp. From this moment on, the sales experience went to 11! I can honestly say it is the most pleasant and easiest car buying experience I have ever done. We were in regular contact about all aspects of the deal. Because I was travelling from County Durham I decided to get the train down for collection and he was even so kind as to pick us up from Shotton train station in his M4! Will 100% be back in the future for either an upgrade or when my partner inevitably gets the itch and wants one for herself!
