The facility is well-organized, with clear signage and a good layout that makes it easier to navigate the yard. The check-in process at reception was quick, and the staff were polite, knowledgeable, and willing to help answer questions about the auction and collection process. The communication before pickup was excellent. I received timely updates about my purchase, including confirmation emails and payment instructions, which helped make the process smooth. When I arrived at the yard, the team at the gate was efficient, and the vehicle was ready within a reasonable amount of time. The forklift operators handled the car carefully and ensured it was loaded securely onto my trailer, which I really appreciated. There are a couple of areas where Copart Chester could improve. The waiting area is a bit limited, especially when it gets busy, and phone lines can sometimes take a while to get through. It would also be great if inspection access was slightly easier for buyers who want a closer look at vehicles before bidding. Overall, Copart Chester provides a professional and efficient service. Whether you’re a trade buyer or a first-timer, they make the process straightforward and transparent. I’d definitely use this branch again for future.

   As long as you have the COPART transportation app and have booked the vehicle in for pickup, they have made it super easy to collect your vehicle. Ensure you have a high visibility jacket or vest, else you won't be able to pick up the vehicle.

   Well been really shocking surprised from their policy T&C: You must book a slot to collect your car… But if you late 15’ Then they charge you around £20, ok understandable but how you can explain that we are in place as scheduled and to wait on site for more than 1h15minutes to receive your car and when you enquire thei said “your is next”, and you can see another three cars loaded on other trailers even one just arrived been loaded in less than 10min and let to go. Useless slow motion operative’s on site.

   0 stars if I could, appointment to pick up was at 1, bike was delivered to me by a rude guy at 2.30, who ranted that I should have been waiting outside my van, clearly he had my number plate and should have used his eyes to locate the van can't expect me to wait outside for 1.3 hours. Absolutely Hideous.

   awful service. i bought a car showing at the pictures full tank fuel so i got a car it’s completely empty and waiting more than 2 hours for pick up a car please please avoid them i never buying car at chester again avoid avoid avoid

   Awful service. I really wish my insurance company had not made me deal with this shower . 2 days wasted waiting for my car to be picked up and then delivered back to me . They literally couldn't care less too . Avoid

   Always a pleasure collecting a customers vehicle from co part, easy to get in an out. Just pre book on the app turn up on time an wait for the vehicle to be brought out to you. Load up an away you go. Heads up for those that dont know. Make sure you have a hi vis vest when attending co part sites.
