This is definitely the best vape shop in Harrogate. The lovely gentleman there fully talked me through what I wanted and found the best vape for my needs + set everything up without trying to upsell. Cut to a few weeks later and someone had stolen my vape (after less than a month). I went back in to buy a new one, and the same man provided me with exactly the same one and knocked off £10 because of what had happened. I absolutely rate this place so highly and the man who works there - wish I had his name.
Terrible. They are happy enough to sell you a product but won't do anything if it is faulty. I personally would not buy from there again. I have a friend and the same happened to her I should have followed her example. I have just take your money and that's it. Never had such poor customer service.

Today i went into this shop and spoke with a very knowledgable owner ! He explained everything about everything and even though i have been vaping for 7 years i learnt some new things today, Excellent service and No pushy sales tactics, I shall return soon !!
