   Well decorated coffee shop , perfect for a relaxing coffee. Staff really pleasant and attentive. Ended up here because Starbucks opened unusually late , for me the coffee is a little bitter than I'm used to but overall a good place

   A well run branch. The three members of staff who were working -both serving and clearing tables - on the day I visited ( Monday 10th November ) were excellent . There was a permanent queue but they worked quickly and efficiently and were very friendly as they served everyone. A credit to the business

   Service is always high class, professional and courteous. Food is unique and different to rival coffee houses. Atmosphere is good energy and represents the enthusiasm of the staff. I prefer this coffee to Costa. Try it. You'll like it!

   Amazing coffee, the barista Libby is very skilled at making cortados (a drink I find difficult to order because of it's difficulty to do well) with amazing artwork on each of her coffees, the rest of the staff do an amazing job at keeping a clean and beautiful coffee shop. The only downside I'd say is the size of the tables making it difficult to sit down and play the card games that my friends and I are interested, otherwise an amazing location to go and visit.

   This chain cafe is always good to get a coffee from. Often it has good comfortable seating as well. Unfortunately the last time I visited, the seating was reduced (back of store was blocked off) probably due to limited staff working. This led to a bit of crowding and very limited tables. Staff was friendly and courteous. Prices for London coffee as one would expect. Would still come again and hope for the best.

   I received a completely damaged order and cafe Nero Bluewater plus Uber eats have done nothing to fix the issues. Completely unacceptable!! definitely won't be going back. Shocking customer service....

3. Dieting Is killing me ★★★★☆

   Nice place. I prefer a different brand coffeeto be honest, but I haven't had a Nero for years, they closed in our local area. It's a bit open to the crowds in here but worth it. Not a bad selection of food either, some really nice cakes
