   I love the self-order machines they’ve got! It’s quicker to order and to collect your drink. However during busy times they have no seating.

   Self order or till order not a problem but waiting 20 minutes for the staff to make 2 lattes is not acceptable. The service in this branch is not up to the usual Costa service that one would expect. Previously before they changed the lay out the service was pretty good but now they just cannot keep up with all the orders from the self order machines and the till orders. My advice would be get a starbucks instead, much quicker.

   Lady working on till last night was incredibly rude. Ordered a hot chocolate and politely asked for it to be warmed up slightly as it was luke warm. She responded so rudely and made me feel rude for even asking. I use costa day in day out and have never been spoken to like this. Me and my friend where shocked! Will not be using the bluewater costa again!

   I’m a big lover of Costa Coffee, but I’m afraid this particular branch just lacks the personal touch. There are self-service order screens, but I like to order at the counter as I bring my own cup. Having said that, I haven’t checked whether the order screens take into account customers’ own cups as I haven’t tried ordering using the self-service screens. I’ve been to this particular upgraded branch twice now, and customer service is just a formality with no warmth, smiles or customer interaction, perhaps because of the self-service order screens. It appears that the staff treat you as just a number. Today the server engaged with me on a very basic level with no warmth or smiles and minimal conversation or interaction. The gentleman who made the coffee wasn’t much better. I didn’t feel particularly valued as a customer. Sadly I think I need to take my custom elsewhere to ensure that I have a more positive experience in future.

   The worse Costa Coffee I have ever been to. Very long wait for the coffee, poor service and 3 members of the stuff hiding in the staff area chatting, having fun while one was making coffee with a huge backlog. It is a joke to wait a take away coffee 13 minutes.

   Quick service, but unfortunately, there is no where to sit due to limited seating in comparison to the number of customers. Drinks are standard Coasta quality as you'd expect. Cornflake cake my daughter got wasn't the best, but it kept her happy for 5 minutes.

   Staff bit unfriendly and Why have you Stopped doing Almond milk? Why is it every afternoon the dishwasher mysteriously seems to have broken and we have to have paper cups?! Tea does not taste nice in paper cup. If I’m paying inflated prices for a hot drink I want it in a cup please. We’re not stupid you saving effort on your part by using disposable cups.

   OK so it was busy, however this is not an excuse for the tables & general areas not being cleaned or prepared for the next set of customers. Coffees rushed flat tops on a latte & the mince pie which was stale. If this was my 1st every impression of Costa this would be a big disappointment sadly

   I always enjoy the food and beverages offered at Costa but let me ask this question. When did Costa turn into an Internet Café? I struggled to get a table today yet there were 4 men on their lap tops, without a drink between them. I returned two hours later to find 2 of the same men still working and still without a drink between them. Is this now the way ahead?

   I love Costa more then any other brand coffee. Even though I started drink in starbucks but I can't compare Costa with any other coffee. This 1 located in blue water and top floor. Lovely seating area but very busy. I love Costa.
